Procurement Law and PPP Models

Besides offering advice to tender-inviting parties and bidders in public procurement procedures, we also support individuals as well as public bodies mainly in structuring PPP models. As a result of our experience in this field, we are familiar with problems arising in connection with procurement law as well as aspects of antitrust law and EU State aid law.
